The cookies, counted one by one
No banner, because there is nothing to make you accept: on opening, this site writes nothing.
Opening this site writes no cookie at all. None for statistics, none for profiling, nothing that follows you from one site to the next. That is why there is no banner: there is nothing to make you accept.
The one thing the site remembers
One thing, and it is not a cookie: your browser's local storage keeps an entry called chp_vista_apertura, so the opening animation does not play again every time you come back. It never leaves your device, never reaches us, and says nothing about you. Clearing the site's data in your browser removes it. On the neighbourhood pages not even that: there everything is at zero.
When you press «Check availability»
Only then does the Beddy booking engine load, and with it two other services: Stripe, for the payment side, and Google Fonts, whose typefaces Beddy's widget needs (the site's own fonts sit on our domain and call nobody). Seven external addresses in total: cdn.beddy.io and api.beddy.io, js.stripe.com, m.stripe.com and m.stripe.network, fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
Beddy writes no cookie and touches no browser storage. The three cookies that appear all come from Stripe:

After the click, browser storage is unchanged: still that single entry, and no session entry at all.
These are technical cookies: they exist to run safely the booking service you have just asked for by pressing the button. Under the Italian data protection authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021 they therefore need no prior consent. If you never press that button, they are never written.

How to delete them
In any browser, under privacy or site data settings, looking for charmeholidayspuccini.it and stripe.com. You lose nothing by deleting them: the site keeps working, and at most the booking engine writes them again next time you open it.
How we know
We did not take anyone's word for it: on 1 October 2026 we opened the site with a clean browser and counted every cookie, every storage entry and every external domain contacted, on the Italian page, the English one and a neighbourhood page, before and after pressing the button once — choosing no dates and leaving no details. With the page open: zero cookies, zero session entries, zero external domains. After the click: three cookies and seven domains, the ones listed above. This page reports those numbers, and the measurement is repeated whenever something changes.
